K9 has been available by request since December 2016.  9.0.2 was just released, and when it was released everyone on the K9 platform had their licenses updated so they can download it.  9.0.2 is the first public release on the K9 platform.  At some point over the next month or two we're going to be getting all the documentation finalized and update the Kryptronic website to reflect that it's now publicly available.  We've had to do a very slow launch due in multiple phases due to the magnitude of changes found in K9 versus anything we've offered before.

You'll see a section on that page which lists extension modules available as addons to the base software.  eBay and Amazon are in that section.
