On version 8 how do I only allow USA, Canada & Mexico to purchase.
I want to prevent purchases from anywhere but the USA, Canada & Mexico is there an easy way to do this

Under System / Locations / States and Provinces, turn off any non-US, non-CA provinces by changing 'Display in Contact Forms' and 'Display in Delivery Forms' to false. Under System / Locations / Countries, do the same for all countries but US, CA and MX.
