USPS Web Tools API Update?

Anyone know if USPS has updated their API recently?  I'm still getting Priority Mail rates in my store, but I've lost the 1st Class rates.

Thoughts?

Re: USPS Web Tools API Update?

Yes, they changed rates on Sept 3.
You will need to update the ID for First Class Parcels in CCP to "First-Class Package Service - Retail"

In Raw Database Admin>ecom_shiprealtimep
Clone your current First Class mail listing and set the ID to "USPS-US-First-Class Package Service - Retail"

We didn't receive an alert on this one.  Is this the only change?  Is there a reference to changes online at usps.com?

Re: USPS Web Tools API Update?

Sounds like others may not have received word of this change either.  This is the only place I have found reference to it, and was able to find a few other cart forums that had related issues .  Was not able to get the commercial rate to work but played around until I found the right API match for the Retail rates.

Re: USPS Web Tools API Update?

Iceit88: Thank you.

gfrracing: Yes, K9 is going to be updated for this.  We're packaging update 9.0.2 right now, and this will be part of that update.

Re: USPS Web Tools API Update?

Gary: Ask that question in the K9 forum.  There are ways to accomplish this in K9 easily, but as the controls are very different from V8 (this forum), you should really post over there to keep that info in the K9 forum, as it doesn't apply here.  Thanks.
