Remove Extra Text From Meta Title and Description

Which lines of code do I need to comment out of jslib.php to remove the extra (default) text from the title and Description Meta tags?

Look at the entire section under the comment 'Handle Meta Tags and OpenGraph tags (If Interface Is Not BackEnd)'.
