Installation Problems
I believe I am running into the exact problem discussed in the Installation Troubleshooting protion of the documentation referring to the .htaccess file. I am unable to locate such a file in the CGI-BIN directory. Anywhere else I can look?

Some servers don't show the .htaccess.bak file in the cgi-bin even though it's there. It's a hidden file. Rename the file on your local computer to .htaccess then ftp it into the cgi-bin dir.
