Missing Component Menu and others from Admin interface
My web host had a major server crash that corrupted most database backups. He was able to restore the database from a copy last year and got the site back up, but when I go into the admin interface, I am missing the Component menu from System, Website and Store. How can I get this back without destroying the site by a fresh install? I cannot get to any settings.

Originally, there were no users listed in the database after the restore. I manually added my user, but only set the user group to admin. Went in to MyphpAdmin and changed group to superuser and the menus all appeared. Thanks Nick
