CC page

When I have the buyer fill in their name, address,  etc. for the shipping, they click continue to  enter the credit card info.  However, it states  "setting up secure connection", and returns with a  "Not Found The requested URL was not found on this  server" error.
I use iTransact for my gateway and have the  following settings in my Online Processing  Settings
Path to Secure Site Payment Script (Full  URL):https://www.mywebsite.org/shop/cp/cgi- bin/cp- app.cgi
Path to Secure Site images Directory (Full  URL):https://www.mywebstie.org/shop/images
Online Processor URL:  https://secure.paymentclearing.com/cgi- bin/rc/ord.cgi
Referring URL Must Contain String:itransact.com

Are you able to help??

Re: CC page

Check with your host to ensure your secure payment URL is correct.  It sounds like what you've got in there may not exist.

Re: CC page

I have these error messages from the error log:
<Thu Jul 25 01:42:46 2002> <error> <client 130.13.81.155> File does not exist:
/usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/stanthonysmonastery.org/httpsdocs/cp/cgi-bin/cp-app.cgi
<Thu Jul 25 01:45:56 2002> <error> <client 130.13.81.155> Premature end of script headers:
/usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/stanthonysmonastery.org/httpsdocs/shop/cgi-bin/cp-app.cgi

I have had someone looking at it for three days now but can not find the problem.

Re: CC page

The file:

/usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/stanthonysmonastery.org/httpsdocs/cp/cgi-bin/cp-app.cgi

does not exist.  You probably need to have the host alias you httpdocs directory over to httpsdocs like so:

ln  -s /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/stanthonysmonastery.org/httpdocs /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/stanthonysmonastery.org/httpsdocs

Re: CC page

Does the secure server reside on a physically different machine than the non-secure web site?  If it does, you need a workaround script - email ec@kryptronic.com for a copy - otherwise, they didn't do the symbolic link (ln -s) correctly.
