Authorize.net connection asking for password

I don't see anywhere in the Administration under Edit Online Processing Settings for authorize.net to enter my password.

This is the error message I get when it connects:

The Following Errors Occurred
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Merchant Password Is Invalid Or Not Present

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It's connecting to: https://secure.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll

I've set things up on authorize.net according to the detailed instructions posted here. I know I'm close to getting it working. Any suggestions on where/how to plug in the account password?

My cart is at http://www.howpeoplegrow.com

Thanks a bunch!

Nancy

Re: Authorize.net connection asking for password

Look for the string 'your_username' in the form fields area and replace that with your Authnet login.

Re: Authorize.net connection asking for password

I've done that. It's asking for my account password. Where do I plug that in?

Thanks!

Re: Authorize.net connection asking for password

Autnet doesn't ask for or require a password.  Try resetting you settings and enter your username again.

Re: Authorize.net connection asking for password

Ok, I've reset the setting both at Authorize.net and in my clickcart pro and I'm still getting the error message asking for a password.

What should I do now? I've installed 5 clickcartpro's in the past and this is the first trouble I've had. This is the first hooking into Authorize.net.

Thanks!

Re: Authorize.net connection asking for password

Got it working!

I had to login to my Authorize.net merchant account and go into

Settings
Automated Direct Connect (ADC) Settings
Related Settings

and change the "Require Password for ALL Transactions" to NO.
