I have not heard from kryptronic after sending a couple support tickets over the last two weeks. Almost two weeks ago our customers began not receiving emails. I am not sure what is causing it, i have checked the SMTP setup as well as contacted my hosting service, they say they are not filtering or blocking any outgoing emails. I also tried changing the FROM address to a different one, changing the internal emails so they will not have the customer's emails as a FROM address (saw this on the forum). And my customers are still not receiving emails. My hosting people said there must be something wrong with the code sending the emails, but I am not a developer so cannot go in and check that. I really need help fixing this issue as soon as possible please.

I am only getting order confirmations from my pop3 mailbox for the sender email address. I am getting contact messages though.
