Need Help - Please!
Hello - we recently had your company install our cart. I have a problem with the submit order info and i need some help.
1) when i enter a test order and click submit the info does not come up in the 'please review your information below' window - just space shows.
Please explain in Plain English - step by step - how to fix this.
2) if you go ahead and click the submit button again (even though you can't review your info) i get a 404 error.
Please, again could you explain in Plain English - step by step -what i need to do?
We also seem to have a problem with the email being send from the site - as in the 'tell a friend' submit.
