Dear ccp web community,
I switched over to ccp 4 from miva and love all of the features. Unfortunatly, I can't get anywhere with the actual authorization part of authorize.net. I have tried the following but still get this as my message:
Unfortunately, we cannot process your order. The URL that referred you to this page is not a valid referring URL.
You can attempt to process your order again, or contact us to discuss other payment options.
1. I have seen the post regarding a similar issue, tried the fix... no luck
2. I have seen the post regarding the "steps" (for both version 3 and 4 of ccp) to configure authorize.net, tried them all (many times over)... no luck.
3. I have changed my settings from "authorize.net" to "Contact Customer", which don't even require a referring url... and have nothing to do with ADC, and still... no luck
4. I spent 45 minutes with authorize.net customer service (the most I have ever been able to drain out of them) which amounted to a whopping "you're referring url must not be working"...uh...yeah, thats what the little note at checkout time keeps telling me.
If any of you kind strangers out there could possibly help me, I would really appreciate it.
Thanks,
Steven Polacco

ps- The reffering url that I have been using is:

(The store is still in flux... don't mind the mess)

In Program Settings | Edit Online Processing Settings,
enter in a period (.) for the 'Referring URL Must Contain' string.
Your server probably is inserting it's own string in there instead of
what Authnet is passing.

Support was contacted on this matter and we're waiting on an email containing FTP info (send to ec@kryptronic.com) to resolve. We will be disabling the referrer check because the server is screwing up the $ENV variable somehow.
