Home page display name

In System Dashboard > Store > Component > Profile
I have the Display Name set to Online Store (yes I know not very original). This is my default home page.

I would like to (1) remove the 'Online Store -' from the metadata information and (2) prevent it from displaying on the page as the h1 page title. Which files do I amend?

All meta tags are printed in {private}/core/CORE/includes/jslib.php.
