header & footer for authorize.net
I tried to configure the header/footer of credit card payment page for authorize.net, but looks like I have no way to change that. Does someone know how to do that? Thanks.

You can do that by:
(1) Editing the information using Authorize.net's admin utility on their site
or
(2) Editing the text that's transmitted for the header and footer in your form field settings on the edit online processing settings page.
The authnet side gives you the ability to add HTML.
