Hi, I have been having GREAT success with CCP4 and have been receiving orders off my client's site, wwwmilattire.com but now all of a sudden, when I click the "order" button on a catalog item page, nothing happens...just nothing at all.
Help? :'(

This is one of the items in the catalog: http://64.70.219.195/cp/cgi-bin/cp-app. … &ref=6
as far as I know, no changes have been made...I called the hosting company and they said no changes have been made. Is there any way to check and see if I have screwed anything up? like some sort of file comparison?
Thanks

I was able to get the order all the way to Authorize.net. Didn't have any problems.
Can you tell me what browser you were using? Because I have tried 4 different computers all running IE6 and cant get it to work...also, since I cant seem to get that far can someone tell me if AMEX is showing up during the order process as a valid way to pay?
THANKS!!!

That's interesting because I use IE6. Do you have all your activeX controls turned on? Do you ever get activeX windows popping up? I had two people who couldn't do much in the program. It caused me a headache for awhile. They had activeX problems. Once these were fixed there was no more problems.
I went back and checked and found something odd...some of the "add to cart" buttons are working while some are not...I tried setting my IE back to defaults and two of the machines that I tested the site on have fresh installs of XP on them.
Does anyone have any idea why some of the add to cart buttons will work while others will not???
This is a link that does work: http://www.milattire.com/cp/cgi-bin/cp- … amp;ref=41
This is a link that does not work: http://www.milattire.com/cp/cgi-bin/cp- … amp;ref=40
Both items are in the same category and were created at the same time.
Thanks
Mike
Everything is working for me. They both added to the cart and I left the site and came back and they were still in the cart so your cookies are working. I can't find anything wrong!
FIGURED IT OUT!!! I had a javascript on some of the order pages to open up another window for a sizing chart by clicking on an image button. Somehow that was screwing things up and when I changed from an image button to a text link, all worked fine while still being able to open up the javascript window.
I got the idea while checkin my activex settings per your suggestion and saw something about javascrips that sparked the thought that maybe my javascript was messing with things and sure enough, it was....so thanks a lot!!!
