Pay Pal Fast Checkout
I can not get the Pay Pal Fast Checkout to show in my cart. What can I do to fix it?

I think you need to activate the paypal standard method here:
Location: System Dashboard > Store > Commerce > Processing Gateways

It is on and still the Fast PayPal checkout does not show up.

I tried to edit the core.php file but it is protected. I tried setting the permissions but it still did not take. Is there another protection for this file?
