Mobile version of the shopping cart... when a purchase can be made.

I noticed a slight difference in the mobile version of the shopping cart as compared to the full site version.   The customer cannot make a purchase on the mobile version when products are listed under a category like they can in the full site version.   The customer must click on the product they want and then go to the display of the product on a page by itself and then make the purchase.

I never really liked the idea on the full site version of having the customer put in a quantity on one or more products and then scrolling all the way to the bottom of the page to click on a field in order to make a purchase.

In the mobile version,  no purchase can be made on the category / product listing like on the full site version.   The customer must go all the way to displaying the detailed single product before making a purchase.   Is the same skin used to display the category / product listing?  If that is true, then could we modify the skin so the customer can make a purchase on the category / product listing and have all the fields for the products displayed like quantity and the add to cart buttons?

Right now, it's not real obvious to the customer using the mobile version that they have to click on the product in the category / product list in order to display that product on a form where they can actually make the purchase.   A "click to purchase" clue might be helpful on that list.

Is it easy to modify that mobile skin or css so the customer can purchase a product on the category / product display without having to go all the way down to displaying an individual product in order to make a purchase?

If this is an issue for you, I'd recommend cloning all or part of the 'Display Add Button' or 'Display Description and Add Button' displays into the 'Mobile' display under Store > Store Displays > Product List Displays.  That will get you add buttons on mobile.
