Hi,

When I am in the last setp before getting to Authorize.net the fields are blank under where it says:
"Please review the information below, and when you are ready to place your order, click the 'Submit' button."

No Name, Address, etc.

I will also get an error at Authorize.net:

"The Following Errors Occurred
Address provided does not match billing address of cardholder"

How can we use address verification?
