Setting up PayPal Standard
Pls help us set up paypal standard. This is not straightforward because the CCP interface is confusing.
Pay Pal is asking us if the software wants a "certificate" or "signature".
No store id/username, no Transaction Key/Password is needed by them.
What do we get, "certificate" or "signature"?
And, into what field does this go?

It seems you're trying to set up PayPal Website Payments Pro, not PayPal Standard. To set up PayPal Standard, simply access Store > Commerce > Processing Gateways, and for the PayPal Standard gateway, set it to active and enter your PayPal email address in as the 'Gateway User/Store ID'. There's nothing more to it.

Mine has an api user name in it? Is that incorrect?

There is a Transaction Key/Password field with dots in it, is that field to be left blank then?

Thank you. For some odd reason it was wrong and had I not found this post it would still be wrong. I wonder how many orders I lost over this issue.
