Hello:
I have an account with "Go Daddy Site Scanner" and recently I added my Google Analytic Account to CCP and now I'm receiving the following error:
"The remote web server is prone to cross-site scripting attacks."
When I remove the account number from CCP the error is gone. Also I put the code inside of the skin.php file and got the same errors. Any suggestions.

I would take this up with GoDaddy site scanner and ask them why standard Google analytics code is failing validation.
Revert your changes back to stock form. Ie: pull that code out of the skin and put the default code back in {private}/core/CORE/includes/jslib.php and/or re-enter your Google UA number.

After contacting Go Daddy about the issue it seems to be resolved. Here is their response below.
"We have reviewed this issue and have been unable to duplicate a cross-site scripting vulnerability at this time using the provided parameters. This issue appears to be a false positive and we have removed it from your results. As such, we are marking this issue as resolved and will rescan your site within 24 hours in order to ensure a full resolution."
