Hello,
I have setup a simple "Custom Shipping" script if the order total is over £250 then it give free delivery if not it charges £15 this works fine.
However if someone does an order say they are added things to their basket over 30mins the order gets split in the checkout, so if part of the order is over £250.00 it gives the free delivery if the next part of the order is under 250 it is charging them £15.
Please see my screenshot:
Can anyone help with this

I have discovered the issue, this is due to having some products set as "Regular Price" and some using "Volume Pricing" it seems to create multiple orders in the checkout one for "Regular Price" and one for "Volume Price"
Any Ideas how to solve?

Check your shipping settings for the products, and make sure the 5m x 100m product matches the others. I have a felling you have a different selection somewhere in the Delivery tab for that item under Manage Products.
