Urgent help needed
Hello everyone,
I hope someone can help me with the following:
My website is: wwwachromaticart.com, but if you click anywhere in the website you will see something like this in the browser:
http://achromaticartcom.fatcow.com/home/account/www/
I don’t want people who visit my site to see “fatcow.com”, how do I get rid of it? Do I need to run the installer.php and make the corrections there? I'm not sure what went wrong. When I installed the cart I put a different server name than the default "localhost', which was not accepted.
These are some of my settings in the installer (I don't have a secure certificate yet).
public directory path:
/hermes/waloraweb090/b1959/moo.achromaticartcom/home/account/www
private directory path:
/hermes/waloraweb090/b1959/moo.achromaticartcom/home/account/core-private
non-secure url:
http://achromaticartcom.fatcow.com/home/account/www
secure url:
http://achromaticartcom.fatcow.com/home/account/www

Your site has been hacked. They have over written your index.php file you need to get it replaced with the correct Ccp index file. If your site does not have any mods to the core files then you can re-run the installe script and do an over write to get you site running again. I set my index.php file with only a read permission so that they can't over write it with there junk.

Your site was not hacked. You just need to re-run your installer and change your URLs. Replace:
achromaticartcom.fatcow.com/home/account/www
With:
wwwachromaticart.com
