Rich Snippets

I installed the Google Rich Snippets XMOD a few weeks ago and have yet to see any changes in my google results. I was expecting to see my reviews and other rich data to be included in my google results but have yet to see any changes. Has anyone confirmed this module is functioning properly?

Thanks,

Michael

Re: Rich Snippets

I added them manual to my V7 site a while back and Google really picks and chooses when and where they show them.  It also seemed to take a long time for them to be visible.  If you use Google Webmaster Tools, you can see if they are displaying correctly in the Additional Tools<Structured Data Testing Tool and Structured Data under Search Appearance.

Re: Rich Snippets

Thanks Bryan....I do see the snippets when using Webmaster tools so I guess it's just a waiting game until they show up in the actual Google search results.

Re: Rich Snippets

Webmaster Tools>Search Appearance>Structured Data
Google says, "We do not detect any structured data on your site."
Is there something else I need to do besides setting the value of Activate Google Rich Snippets Module to true?

Re: Rich Snippets

That's all you need to do (activate the module).  I assume you're not having Google check a product page - as that's the only page the RichSnippets will show up on.

Re: Rich Snippets

Got it.  At Webmaster Tools>Structured Data Testing Tool there is "Extracted structured data".  The message google gives at Webmaster Tools>Search Appearance>Structured Data is a little confusing.
