Editing Category and Product Detail Displays to eliminate V7 redunancy

The repetition of category and product names above and below horizontal line is unwanted. How do I alter Display Includes so the name only appears above the line? I am not tech savy and will keep a copy for before and after if I screw up. Do I simply delete some code line?
