How do I set up shipping charges?
the Manual has roughly a paragraph on the subject with absolutely zero details.
scenario:
Customer buys a single item, the box is 10 x 8 x 6 inches, shipping cost is 8.00
another customer buys 7 items, first item should be 8.00, plus 1.00 per each additional item in box for a total of 14.00
Is this even possible?

My presumptions on this WERE as follows:
Under STORE>SHIPPING>CUSTOM SHIPPING METHODS
I find the following:
User Defined Calculation
selected this option as it shows a shipping cost of 10.00 which I will change to 8.00.
Calculation On Total Item Quantity
Indicates a price per item. Default is 1.00, so far so good it appears.
Now... if I go into STORE>CATALOG>PRODUCTS
I select delivery method then drop down option 'custom shipping method'
next box asks me to select custom shipping method, and if I select Calculation On Total Item Quantity, thinking this will do what I hoped it would, and unfortunately, it doesn't work.
