Hi:

When on the main page (store.htm) I need to increase the text size of the category names as they run across the page on top.

Where do I do that?

As you're using the orange theme, look in the file {public}/skins/Desktop/css/colorscheme-orange.css for the section titled 'Required Classes: Skin Widget - NAVMENU' and edit the colors defined there, or remove/comment them to get the default colors.
