I need to know if it is posable for the cart to display a message instead of a shipping value or carrier when the shipping exceeds 1000lb or more. My default shipping is "realtime carrier" for every thing below 1000lb.
I need the cart to tell the customer that there order exceeds 1000lb, because of this we are going to calculate the shipping manually inorder to see if we can provide a more cost effective method and to let them know we will call them back.
if this is possible how is it done?
