I setup a Free Shipping discount code using the FREESHIPPING value. It works great but it discounts the shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada which I do not want. I can accomplish what I need with a custom shipping script but I like the discount code because I can easily turn it on or off.
It seem like I should be able to add a simple "if statement" somewhere that would prevent the FREESHIPPING from being applied if the ship-to destination is Alaska, Hawaii or Canada.
Does anyone know how to do this.

I already have a custom script that accomplishes what I want. I was hoping someone might have setup the ability to do this using a discount code. But thanks for the offer.

John,
I think the mod you are referring to is at https://forum.kryptronic.com/viewtopic.php?id=16785
I made the changes you were posted in Post #6. I FTP'd the ECOM_Ship.php file to my site.
I checked the Site Owner Country to make sure it was United States.
Then I placed an order with my Free Shipping discount code and the country of Canada. The shipping amount should have been $84 and it was but a discount of $84 was also applied to the order. Essentially creating free shipping to Canada.
Did I leave anything out that you can think of?
