Use the find feature of your web browser, CTRL+F

I've noticed on some big sites it's hard to find what you're looking for there.  I'll be adding a filter in an update to 8 for this at some point.  It might be easier for you with bigger/longer lists.  In order to make the lists longer, in the file {private}/core/CORE_BackEnd/ext/db.php, in the function db_relatejs(), locate:

$this->globals('core_settings.core.db_resultspp',15);

And change to:

$this->globals('core_settings.core.db_resultspp',50);

That would give you 50 items per list, making it easier to find what you want.
