V8 i am deeply disappointed - No follow up system for pending payments
I was expecting that in V8 there will be an automated follow up system on pending orders, where the admin could send form letters to customers who have pending payments marked orders. i am deeply disappointed that this important feature is missing from the upgrade. the manual follow up is tedious and i am know that i asked for it in the featured request and so many others who asked for the same.... very disappointed

Not sure if batch order management still works or was included in V8... but this very function is possible using that Mod in V7. We set it up to send emails to all abandoned carts, with just a click.

Bryan, i was expecting it to be included in V8, that is an essential feature of customer retention, increasing sales and i am still very disappointed that it was not included in the $99 (now $129) upgrade fee,,,,, i really want to know why the developers thought its not an important enough feature to include in the new CCP version....

Install the Batch Order Management XMOD and you'll get that function. Sorry you're disappointed. You got over a year's worth of development time for $99. Seems like a value to me. And you get the feature you want if you just get an extension module.
