Hello,

We just upgraded to version 7.1.4 and when we click on "Load WYSIWYG Editor" link in the products window it does not load nor is there a link to toggle it back to html source. This worked before the update. We are using FireFox 9.0.1

I just checked it in IE and Google Chrome with same results.

Since this is in the admin where we cannot see, I'd say this is better handled with a level 1 support ticket from Kryptronic. Sorry

So if I want to be able to use the WYSIWYG editor again will I have to purchase version 8 when it arrives?

Is there any way of reverting back to the previous version? The editor was pretty important for uploading products.

Unfortunately not but have been using http://www.free-online-html-editor.com/ to create some pretty clean code and just copy and paste into CCP source text box. Hopefully this will be improved when Nick releases version 8 with the new script he wants to use.
