i recently had an order on my site, iwas emailed a copy of the confirmation and offline credit card info. however i accidently delete the credit card info email.
is there anyway i can re-submit the whole order to come throgh to my email again along with card information.
please help

I am looking for an answer to this as well. Specifically, I need to be able to find the encrypted CC info but, to resend the whole order and everything would be helpful as well. Just as long as it also contains the encrypted data string.

The answer to both post above is no. Credit card info is never stored by Ccp, if you deleted the encrypted email then you will have to contact you customer for their card info.
