Add to cart button not showing in large image window

One of my products does not show the "Add to cart"  and "add to wish list"   buttons  in the large image window.
How can these be made visible?

If you have product options check them and make sure selection lists are setup correctly as one that doesn't have any selectable items can cause the display to fail.

I had ticked some items in "Related Product Options" which had not yet been set up. When I unticked these, the two fields displayed correctly.
