User log-out when leaving basket
My system has suddenly developed a fault in that having added an item to the basket, on returning to continue shopping the user in automatically logged out and their basket contents are lost. Logging back in as the same user shows that the basket is empty.
It seems that my users can only buy one item at a time.
I've not sure if this is a problem with the basket or something my deeply rooted as pressing the 'Home' page seems to log you out as well.
Does anyone have any ideas on this or have you seen it before?

Yes - SEO is enabled. It always has been but if I disable it the problem does seem to go away.

OK, so your cookies are wrong more than likely. Rerun the installer and make sure you have the correct cookie settings. What's your URL?

I've reinstalled the software but still have the same problem.
I'm not sure what the cookie settings should be.
