Can't update a skin file.
VeryBaby.com uses two skin files. One for the home page and one for the internal pages.
I'm trying to update the skin file for the home page, and keep getting this message:
There was a problem processing the file operations needed to completed your request.
The changes I make revert and do not update. The other skin file updates fine. Any ideas or suggestions as to what is wrong?

chmod the skins directory and everything in it to 777.
