Re: Slimbox in IE9

How do we fix this for visitors? I don't have IE9, but I received an email from client that slimbox is not working after he upgraded to IE9.

Re: Slimbox in IE9

You need to update the mootools.js file found here /media/mootools/mootools-1.2.1-core.js

You will need to save the new file as mootools-1.2.1-core.js, unless you want to mod other parts of the code.

The replacement code gets slimbox to work in IE9, but I haven't checked fully for any other problems.

You can download the latest code here: http://mootools.net/download

Thanks
Rob

After running somes tests, it appears that the backend web 2.0 interface will not work with the latest mootools code.

Can anyone assist with this please.

Thanks

Re: Slimbox in IE9

Is there an update for this since most pc's probably have IE9 due to the auto update on windows.

Re: Slimbox in IE9

Just to ease some minds, IE9 isn't nearly as popular as you'd think. It held about 7% of the browser market share last month. Then again, you should probably check that against your site's own statistics. If your IE9 usage is high, I'd suggest sticking to the "old" style backend and update your mootools. A bit of a sacrifice. Ideally though this should be fixed.

Re: Slimbox in IE9

Update to ClickCartPro/EuropaCart 7.1.4.  This issue was addressed in that release.
