I have just added and eBook to my catalog of print books. When testing the ordering, orders placed with a credit card are sent a link to the ePub file in the Order Confirmation emails. The other two offline options we offer (pay by check or provide info over the phone) have a line in the Order Confirmation emails that say "Digital download access information will be sent via email for this item when this order has completed processing," but when I process the orders through to completion, no link to the ePub file is ever sent. Any idea what may be going on?

Hi Chris. You would have to regenerate the customer email under Post-Order Updates for the order in order to send the link out after completion. Unless you're using the BOM XMOD. Then you simply check the box.
