I have set up the option to have customers file upload but cannot work out why it is not working. You can manually upload through the upload download files and this works fine. but when a customer buys an item they do not appear for my download.

The uploaded files should appear here:
Location: System Dashboard > System > File Manager > Uploaded Files
They will only appear if the transaction is completed

Have done a test order and completed the transaction but still nothing appears in the uploads, why do they only appear when the transaction is complete, I have a mod done in v6 this used to send a link through to my email which was a lot easier.

The link should be included in the e-mail but only if the transaction is completed. If you manually completed the transaction send yourself another copy of the internal e-mail and it should include the link (if memory serves).

I have tried this again and completed the transaction and re-sent email nothing appears in the email or in the download files. one thing i did notice is that i had an error with the size of the file uploaded, how do i change the upload limit?, I am hosting with kryptronic, but the smaller files do upload but do not show.
