UK - Isle of Wight in Europacart
Am I missing something?
'UK - Isle of Wight' appears not to be in the countries list.

The Isle of Wight isn't a country, even if some of the residents would like it to be!
The postcode area is Portsmouth.

OK, now confused.
We had an order come through this morning with the following Billing and Delivery Address.
Name
xxx road name
newport, Isle of Wight poxx xxx
UK - Isle of Wight
How did they type 'UK - Isle of Wight' when it isn't in the 'Country' list? I can see it in the State/Province' list as 'Isle of Wight'.
How did they do this? AND more important, why was it liable for VAT Refund?

Have you just upgraded to ccp7??
The customer was probably an account holder from the old CCP6 database where UK - Isle of wight was available.
You need to edit the user accounts so they all read United Kingdom, not UK - Northern Ireland, UK - Channel Islands, etc, etc.

Yeah, went for the upgrade around 2 months ago. Suspected that was the cause.

OMG! We have 2,700+ user accounts. Surely, there must be an easier way than to manually go through them all 1 by 1.
