Is it possible to send out a different email to the customer when we have set an order to complete?

So we can send them an email saying their goods have been dispatched, and when they are going to recieve their order. Instead of the standard invoice.

If you want to chang how the email content looks then you will need to make a new include to format it as you want, you will also have to create a new script in ECOM_Order/ext to actually mail the email by building the order array and calling the new email, and a new email type at System Dashboard > System > Mail > Mail Messages, a new email skin if it is needed and last a new selection item for the Post Order Update section.
I have been working on a email that creates an standard invoice display.
