Ran a update and now the items will add to cart but will not transfer to checkout. You get this message at checkout.
Your shopping cart is currently empty. You will be able to check out after adding items to your shopping cart.

Everything was fine until a few days ago.
Any help will be appreciated as this makes the site currently down.

It doesn't look like you have a valid cookie path set. When you ran the installer did you change any of the settings? From the looks of it you may have and that's the source of the problem.

I have went over the install but see nothing. What setting would cause this.

Cookie details are entered at step 4 when running the installer. In your situation the non-secure cookie domain would be .cjars.com and the cookie path would be simply /
If you have an SSL certificate the secure cookie domain and path would be the same.

I have these settings in place but still no luck
