And add to that, some products are carried by both the DS and us. We leave it to the customer to chose which warehouse they want to ship from. Sometimes we can ship it for less, sometimes its the DS.

Trying to debug some customers having problems using the PayPal ProDirect Method. So far as I can see, I have everything in place on app=ccp0&ns=managegate&func=dbupdate&funcid=paypalprod
I'm looking at this page now app=ccp0&ns=settingsform&ref=PayPal+Website+Payments+Pro+Settings and can someone tell me if its required to be set up for the ProDirect method? The "Keyfile Contents (API Keyfile)" is currently empty, with exception of the softwares default info
-----BEGIN RSA PRIVATE KEY-----
...
-----END RSA PRIVATE KEY-----
-----BEGIN CERTIFICATE-----
...
-----END CERTIFICATE-----
All my cusotmers who choose to use the ProDirect Method are getting error messages about not being able to process the order.
Would appreciate any help. Thanks.

Yes it is. The certificate information comes from your account on PayPal.

Ok. Thanks. I've inserted the certificate info.
But the "Enable PayPal Website Payments Pro Express Checkout Link*" can remain as "False" since I'm not using the Express Checkout?
Offline
Yes, Express is and always has been optional.

Turn on debug and see exactly what is being sent and what is being returned.

I'm pretty sure I got it to work. I made a stupid mistake of not adding the API user and pass. Duh! I ran latest purchase through and it went through fine. Fingers crossed, that should do it. Thanks for all your help.
