I can't get the ClickCartPro version 6.0.9 User Manual to download from the Documentation link in Admin. It appears to download, but when I try to navigate past page 3 Adobe Acrobat gave me this error message:
A network error occured while accessing this document on the Internet. Would you like to close the document or reload it?
I have tried several times to reload it by clicking on the "Reload" button, but it produces the same error. I have also closed my browser and tried clicking on the link in Admin (several times) but it always displays the error before completely downloading the document.
Can anyone help me with this problem?
I am using Adobe Acrobat Standard v7.x on Windows XP SP3 and Internet Explorer 8.

that link doesn't work for me in either IE or FF. Any ideas what could be wrong?

Something with your system that's for sure. It's valid and works as a download or viewing in the browser. Try simply right clicking on the link and selecting Save As to save it to your machine and see if it'll open after download.

Dave, thanks. I was able to download the PDF by right-clicking and saving it to my desktop. But this User Manual doesn't have the instructions for using ClickCart Pro 6. It's just an explanation of how it works. Is there another manual somewhere?

Never mind, I did the same thing (right-click and save target as) with the link to the document in Admin and it worked!
