Hi,
I've got the integration done absolutely fine, but I'm missing the minicart and search functions. When I go to enable the minicart on the page, I just get a blank space!
Can anyone quote me for completing my integration please? I think I'm over my head now :-/
the main site is at wwwtrehane.co.uk
Thanks

In Joomla!
Extensions>Plugin Manager. You have all three clickcartpro plugins enabled.
Authentication-ClickCartPro
System-ClickCartPro
User-ClickCartPro
For now put the minicart and search functions of the left hand side:and make sure they are ENABLED
Extensions> Module Manager
Module Name Enabled Position TYPE
Store Search Y left mod_clickcartprowidgetminisearch
Store Cart Y left mod_clickcartprowidgetminicart
If you don see those two modules you need to load them per the instructions because they did not install properly.
Good luck!

Thanks lgt.
I went through your guide above, exactly to the letter. What I get is currently live at wwwtrehane.co.uk
The title comes up for the module, but nothing below it.
Its all enabled, exactly as it should be, as far as I can tell. The categories show fine, the cart itself works fine, customers can shop, so the plugins must be OK, but these last 2 things are just not playing nicely :-(
Any other ideas? Could it have something to do with the template (which is one installed from Siteground)?
Thanks for any help!

Interesting......
I have this same problem - it cropped up over the weekend - was working fine last week.
The module title shows, no messages are visible such as "There is nothing in your cart".
It also appears that there is no common login between Joomla and CCart yet nothing has been changed from last week!
Right now I am stumped. Any ideas?

My login is OK, which is something I guess!
Can anyone help with this? Please...

I don't think this is the problem but you might want to correct these:

This may seem silly, but:
Extensions> Module Manager> Store Search Show Title : YES, Enabled:: YES Access Level: Public Menus: ALL
Dot that for Store Cart as well.
You have the Store Search title, just no content.

You're not going to believe this (or maybe you will ;-) - when upgrading to 7.1.3, I installed my mod and plg joomla files from the previous version over again rather than install the new ones. Now that I have corrected that, it seems to be working again as expected. Might want to check your installation for version mismatch? Check versions in Joomla backend.

Tho, now I have a new problem with the store picking up the Joomla template - seems that the connector is still not working.

OK, It seems I'm never going to get any integration working :-/
I've now tried all the versions of the mini cart and I just keep getting the title come up but without any of the meat!
I'm out of options to try. Thanks for your help lgt, but nothing has worked.
Does anyone within Kryptronic have any ideas why this is happening or do I just have to accept defeat and turn off the integration completely? Dave? Can you help?
Thanks

Dave won't be able to help you. He's never looked at or touched Joomla and CCP at the same time

You can buy a support incident for $50 and have them look at it and repair it.

I ended up having Kryptronic sort it out through a basic support ticket. It turned out that there was a mismatch with the connector password, so check that.
They also turned on the single sign on function in Europacart.
As yours was working fine last week, I dont know what might have happened, but I wonder if you've installed and new extensions since then?
Anyway, submitting a basic support ticket did the trick for me.
Good luck
