The Order Summary page contains the following message.
"Thank you. Your order has been approved and completed. You can review and print a copy of your order below. You will receive an email message containing your order confirmation within a few minutes."
How/Where can I change this message. It seems to be in the file apps\ecom\ECO\install\data_core_messages.0.xml. I tried changing that file but the changed message did not appear when I submitted another test order.

That file is only ran when the installer is executed and you select to overwrite (or create the site the first time) all files, the hint is in the name, look for the message in the database table core_messages at System Dashboard > System > Database > Raw Database Admin.

Thank you. I did look at the core_messages but did not see the stringdisp for the olpaccept entry. Just overlooked it. So, what is the purpose of all of the xml files in the install folders. There seem to be quite a lot of them.

The XML files are what is downloaded by the installer then used to populate the database.
