Importing products from CSV
I have always imported my products into CCP from a CSV file. I have recently started using inventory levels for most of my products. The problem I have now is that every time I re-import a CSV file to make changes to a product, the inventory level gets overwritten with the value in the CSV file which is out of date information. Is there a way to import from a CSV but excluding a specific column (eg. inventory level)? I tried just emptying that column in the CSV file but then the inventory level just changes to zero and the product appears out of stock.

Not with CCP out of the box. It's all or nothing when it comes to columns when importing. Would be feasible with a custom modification though.

The files (yes, there are three) you need to modify (and, yes, I finally located it ...or, rather , as it turned out) are located in {private}/core/KHXC/includes/
...and are named:
