I am in the middle of upgrading from EC 7.1.1 to EC 7.1.3 folowing the steps in the upgrade instructions, getting as far as step 11 in the installer script and the getting:
Script Execution Error
file_exists() [function.file-exists]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/dev/urandom) is not within the allowed path(s): (/www/c/contextinteriors.co.uk:/usr/local/lib/php:/tmp)
File: /pear/Auth/SASL/DigestMD5.php Line: 181 Error Number: 2
Is there an issue with my hosting?
