I have recently moved from a dedicated server to shared hosting. I now have a problem when sending newsletters to my email subscription list. My server administrator has told me the problem is the server timeout for running a PHP script is set to 2 minutes. I have over 2000 subscribers and on the old server the script used to take about 30 minutes to run. They have said to allow the script to run for longer they need to know the location of the script that sends the subscription newsletter. Please can someone tell me where this script is located?

Sorry to ask again but my server administrator needs to know where the PHP script is that sends the email newsletter. They need to adjust the server timeout settings for that script. Can someone please advise.

It will either be in the / directory (possibly the directory of that directory) or the directory within your main {private} directory. I am sorry, but I am not sure of the exact file.
It would also probably be easier if your webhost were to whitelist your entire {private} directory. - As this should be somewhere outside of your main web directory, doing so should not pose any significant security risk and, thus, there should no reason why it should not be acceptable.

It's done from admin so admin.php should be the executable unless you've renamed it to something else.
