WYSIWYG Editor

How can we get the wywiwyg editor to recognize css styles?  I created a repeating series of div's with a class in a page
that shows up fine in the page.  When editing it in the editor it get's none of that making it impossible for my client to edit the page.  I'm wondering if there's a good place to put in a reference to the all.css file for the skin being used.

Re: WYSIWYG Editor

The reference to the all.css file is in the skin.php file - and it's almost certainly already there!

Which piece of code are you trying to edit in the WYSIWYG editor?

Re: WYSIWYG Editor

It doesn't seem like the skin.php file comes into play when you're in the admin area and I'm wondering where else to put the call to the all.css file.

Re: WYSIWYG Editor

The styling in the admin area is not designed to be altered. You are correct about skin.php not being used in the admin area, it is strictly for the front end.

Re: WYSIWYG Editor

I found that it does call the all.css file from skins/COREMI711/css/all.css and I tried adding the style class that affects the page to no avail.  I guess this wysiwig is just for more basic editing.

Re: WYSIWYG Editor

That is all that WYSIWYG editors are for. They don't include the ability to modify/integrate styling elements beyond the most basic of HTML elements.
