T-Hub has been purchased and installed.
The T-Hub XMod has also been purchased and installed.
In Store > Component > Settings > Extension Module: T-Hub Connector
the module is activated, a login and password has been chosen. We left the store identifier as the default ONLINESTORE and changed the time zone to MST.
The instructions here: https://central.kryptronic.com/public/d … HUB_v7.pdf do not match up with the T-Hub interface. We have T-Hub Pro.
From the PDF how-to:
Open up T-HUB and click the 'Preferences' button then click the 'Receive Orders' button.
In the Shopping Cart drop down, select '{Other Shopping Cart...}' then select 'Other Custom
Cart' from the list. Use the following parameters:
Website Admin Login: <Enter the Admin Login You Entered in ClickCartPro/EuropaCart>
Website Admin Pass: <Enter the Admin Password You Entered in ClickCartPro/EuropaCart>
Website Admin URL: http://www.yourdomain.com/index.php?ns=xmodthub
Leave the 'Send Shipping Status' and 'Send Payment Status' boxes checked. You can then click
'Activate this Store'.
Next, close out of the 'Preferences' window and go to 'Process Orders'. Choose to 'Receive Web
Orders'. It may take a while to get the first batch. You can change statuses, shipping info, etc.
and updates will be made in realtime back at the store. All Level 1 and Level 2 functionality for
T-HUB is supported.
In reality, there is no "Preferences" button, but there is a "Set Up Store Preferences" button, yet when you click on it, it says you can't add anything until you set up your online store, it won't let me click any "Receive Orders" button.
So we go to the "Add Online Store" and in there it has the drop down for selecting a shopping cart like the PDF suggests. However, there is no "Other Shopping Cart" choice, but there is "Custom Cart - Direct" and "Orders in CSV file" the other carts listed do not list CCP.
We tried the Custom Cart option and entered in our admin login and password we set up on the t-hub module page in the admin. We entered the website admin url with our domain as directed in the above directions. For our store name we tried our actual store name and also the "ONLINESTORE" title that is on the t-hub module page in CCP.
There is an .htaccess menu that asks for information but this isn't mentioned anywhere in the PDF how-to.
There are no "Send Shipping Status" or "Send Payment Status" boxes or an "Activate this Store" link.
You can click to test your store connection, and no matter what we try, the connection fails. I tried entering in some ftp access in the .htaccess menu but that didn't work either though it was a wild guess as to what it was for.
Are the directions in the Kryptronic PDF out of date? For another version? Are we missing something?
Anybody set this up and get connected without issue?

We heard back from Atandra (t-hub) and they said the T-Hub x-mod has been installed incorrectly. If it were installed correctly, he says we could go here: http://support.atandra.com/thubtest.html enter our login and password w/ our domain and click the test button and it would show success. Instead, it redirects to a 404 page on our site.
I did have trouble getting the mods installed at first as the mod order was done w/ the wrong license key, but that has been corrected by Jeff & the mods now show up in the admin.
Could they still be installed incorrectly? Why else would our test connection failing? The login & password are correct.
Email from Atandra:
The xmod thub module has not been installed correctly
Please go this url in a browser, enter the T-HUB url, login and password and hit submit. It should return an XML document instead of showing your wesbite webpage.

An update for anyone else having this issue -- I'm not sure what the problem was, exactly but Jeff had one of the engineers working on our site - I'm not sure if we muffed things up doing an import of our products from CCP6 or if there was another reason.
Kryptronic's PDF instructions for set up and use of the T-Hub XMod are still inaccurate though, along with the website admin URL it gives to connect your store to T-Hub:
Wrong? At least wrong for us?:
Website Admin URL: http://www.yourdomain.com/index.php?ns=xmodthub
Correct - (maybe having SEO enabled requires the change?):
http://yourdomain.com/index.php?ns=xmod … p;app=ecom
& the mod is now connecting correctly to the store.
Still having issues getting the cart to download orders to T-Hub, but we have (hopefully) a training call tomorrow. I'll post back since there aren't many t-hub threads on the forum.

That is the correct url format even without SEO enabled. There is an error in the instructions, I suppose. I'm glad I ran across your post!
I thought the entire process was pretty easy following the installation guide:
http://www.atandra.com/library/docs/thu … Manual.htm
I had to buy the T-Hub Professional version for $500 as well as the extension module. The basic version does not support other carts. Since we pay someone to do nothing but enter orders into Quickbooks, it is SO worth it.

Wow, using that new URL did it for us as well.
The THUB XMOD Installation Manual REALLY should be updated with this new URL. Would have saved us over two hours of wondering why it was not working?

I will bring this to Nick's attention.

Gotta ask you ladies, are you happy with T-Hub? Has the pain of setting it up been worth it?

I just asked my husband how he likes it a couple of days ago - it has shaved an amazing amount of time off his work day - he loves not having to type customer addresses and info over and over, and loves how it allows him to batch process all the orders, print invoices all at once. It's not perfect, but it's a huge improvement. Definitely wish it were easier to set up - ours was so weird, we had everything running but it took a few days for the connection to kind of sort itself out - but we'd still recommend it.

kiwimum, saw your post about not being able to import orders after it was connected. I am having this issue now. Curious as to what you did to fix this?

You know, it was genuinely bizarre. It just seemed to need a week to... settle. Slowly a few orders started importing and then all of them. It runs well now and we love it.

thanks for the response. Thats very strange. I tested it by turning off the xmod and it gives the exact same result as if the xmod is turned on. nothing. I looked through the log file and it has the exact same errors at the exact same lines. When i test the connection though with the xmod on it rogers up. when i test it with the xmod turned off it gives the correct error message. This is weird. doesn't seem to make sense.
