Hello again! After a week of tireless work, we have converted our entire site to ClickCart... Whew!
I do have a quick question for you. I was wanting to "check in" with the un-completed orders to see if there was anything we could do to assist, etc. However the e-mail address does not show up on the orders when I go to order tracking. Where is that information stored so I can retreive it?

You need to copy the order number and then go to "Edit or delete online order" under tracking and statistics. You'll find the email address there.
